At Park City Nordic Ski Club, all of your personal information is protected by our (SSL) encryption technology. This securely encrypts and protects all of your personal data including your name, address and credit card information so that it cannot be read by anyone over the internet. We value your trust very highly, and we will work to ensure that your personal information that you provide us will be fully secured and protected.

We do not sell or give your personal information to third parties. Unfortunately, despite all of our efforts, there is always a risk that third parties may unlawfully intercept transmissions. This reality is true of all Internet use. As a result, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit, and you transmit all information at your own risk.

Online Security

You can shop at www.pcnordicskiclub.org with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. See an online payments diagram to see how it works.

The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

• 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Visa Learn to Fly Refund Policy:

• Full Refund (except for $25 processing fee): up to 30 days in advance
• 50% Refund: 30-5 days in advance ($25 processing fee included in that).
• No refund under 5 days except for medical reasons accompanied by a doctor’s note, Minimum or 5 athletes in the camp is not met we will either reschedule to the next camp or refund your fees minus the $25 processing fee.
• You will be notified the day before the camp if the minimum number is not met to fill the camp.

PCNSC Programs Policy:

No Refunds!

• The PCNSC / NSF will not issue credits or refunds for any training time missed due to illness, injury, vacation, or any other reason.

Athletes who qualify for non-PCNSC Trips

• Athletes who qualify for non-PCNSC trips, resulting in absence from normal PCNSC training will not be refunded for lost training with the club.

Sales Tax

PCNSC/NSF is a Non-Profit organization and does not charge state sales tax.
